Cookie policy

This page explains which cookies the SmallNGO portal uses, what each category is for and how to change your choice at any time.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file the site stores in your browser. It lets the site remember a choice — your language, for example — from one visit to the next. A cookie does not run programs and cannot read files from your device.

What we store

The portal keeps three first-party cookies: your language (smallngo_lang), the light or dark theme (smallngo_theme) and this consent record (smallngo_consent). They are essential and carry no advertising identifier.

Consent, recorded

Your choice is stored with the date and the version of the notice it refers to. If the notice changes, the previous choice stops being applied and the banner is shown again: consent is always for the version you have read.

Third-party scripts

Analytics and marketing scripts live on other domains and are injected only after you allow their category. Rejecting means the request never leaves your browser; nothing is loaded and then switched off.

How to change or delete

Use the button on this page, the Cookie preferences link in the footer, or clear the site data in your browser. Blocking the essential cookies leaves the site in the default language and theme.
