No. SmallNGO runs as a service: the team signs in from the browser, on a computer or a phone. Your data stays in the organization's own space on the platform.
This site is available in English, French, Portuguese (Brazil) and Spanish, and the contact form opens in the language you are reading. Inside the platform, the interface follows the language configured for the organization.
Every person has their own login and sees only what their role allows, and each organization's data is kept separate from every other organization's.
Yes. Beneficiaries, volunteers and past donations can be imported from spreadsheets, and the import reports what was accepted and what needs review.

Yes. Prices are set in USD and Stripe converts them to your card's currency at checkout. The contract stays locked in USD.
The 30-day trial asks for no card. Nonprofits activate the one-year free coupon on the subscription; after the free period, the 30% nonprofit discount applies to the annual plan only — the monthly plan stays at list price. Churches: the first 100 get a free lifetime license.
Nothing stops mid-month. People, donations and records never block — we warn you at 80% and 100% and suggest the upgrade. Email and WhatsApp go through your own account, so the sending is yours.
